Was literally on about a three week vacation, but I’m back and ready to get back in to the swing of things.
I ate pretty much pure junk food my entire vacay (no es bueno) but you know what, I didn’t really have a choice and I enjoyed myself so, oh well.
I didn’t gain any weight (lbs) but my belly did get kinda bloat-y. Again, oh well.
My arms got a little less used to doing push ups (weaker) but just going to bury it down deep inside and be POSITIVE!
I am going to lose at least ten lbs this month HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE.
Damn, maybe I will edit this later. haha
This vacation when I took photos, I didn’t have to worry about looking like a beached whale or an asteroid, destroying some beautiful scenery. It has been the summer I have always wanted (for the most part) and my self confidence has alot to do with it.
For those of you keeping up with it, I also sorted out some emotional issues (mental health is very important, also) and look forward to working some other stuff out.
Things are going to be a little harder for me to keep up with the diet since my budget has changed to like zero dollars, but you know what? Not worried.
You know what’s great about the outdoors? It’s free to engage with it and all I need is a good pair of running shoes and a good attitude,
