Honestly, there’s no “most accurate time” (in my opinion) cause everybody is different, but if I had to choose I would say the morning (or right after you wake up) and when you weigh yourself the next time (I’d wait two weeks) make sure to weigh yourself around the same time.
Remember that your body weight could remain constant and still be burning fat. ;)
