My name is Mona, I weigh 190lbs as of today. I am 5 ft short and definitely waaay over the weight I would like to be.
I want to share my journey and hopefully find some weight loss buddies (is that what you call them? hah) to help give me encouragement along the way.
I really don’t want to start this and forget about it, I am determined!
1) I am a fitblr
2) I LOVE corn
3) I recently found out I am in love with cucumbers.
4) I am verrrrry short.( 5’ 1”)
I have alot of issues that I’ve carried along with me from the past, being bullied ect…that stemmed from my body image.
I know that being thinner won’t solve my problems, but being healthier in general will make me a lot happier.
Any advice/words of encouragement you guys can share would be fantastic and here’s to a better us! :)
