Today is my day 15 of the 30DS. I am half way through it. I will admit I have been feeling like I have no time but I try to light a fire under my ass and tell myself, “What kind of person doesn’t have 20 freaking minutes a day to better themselves?”
And it’s true. We have to want it, guys. We have to want it bad and if not then we have nobody to blame but ourselves!
As for my ankle, I’ve decided I can’t do jogging and 30 DS on the same day. It’s too much impact for me, so I am going to do 30 DS mixed with some arm exercises and cardio that doesn’t involve so much impact on my legs. Maybe even work on pure core exercises.
